Before we see anyone for a medico-legal report, we conduct a review of all their medical notes in order to gain a full picture of their medical history.

Multidisciplinary Assessment

A full multidisciplinary assessment involves all three team members (Consultant in Pain Management, Clinical Psychologist, Specialist Physiotherapist), and usually lasts three to four hours. The interview consists of client self-evaluation questionnaires, functional tests (where appropriate) and interviews with each of the three specialists.

Single-specialist Report

Where a full multidisciplinary report is not required, TPC also offers single- specialist reports.
