You can save Word and PDF versions by right-clicking on their links and left-clicking on 'Save Link As...' (or its equivalent) in the small menu that pops up. To view or print PDF documents, try clicking on their links. They may well open in your browser if you already have a plugin installed. Otherwise, you will need a program that can read them. Mac users can use 'Preview' (pre-installed on all Macs with any flavour of OS X). Anyone can use Acrobat Reader. It's free.
